MG Hector Hawk: JSW MG Motor India is gearing up to expand its popular SUV portfolio with the all-new MG Hector Hawk. Positioned as a distinct and advanced addition to the Hector brand family, this upcoming three-row SUV is designed to offer a blend of bold styling, modern cabin technology, and electrified powertrain options.

Exterior Design and Styling

The MG Hector Hawk adopts a modern, boxy silhouette that gives it a rugged and commanding road presence. The front fascia is highlighted by an upright nose, sleek rectangular LED headlamps, and integrated horizontal daytime running lamps. A gloss-black trim element with an illuminated brand logo connects the lighting elements across the grille. The side profile showcases clean body lines, blacked-out pillars, and stylish dual-tone alloy wheels, while the rear features matching horizontal LED taillights and a roof-integrated spoiler.

Interior Comfort and Seating

Inside, the Hector Hawk is designed to offer a spacious and premium experience for families. The cabin features a minimalist dashboard with soft-touch materials, dual-tone upholstery, and brushed metallic accents. It is set to be available in multi-row seating configurations, including a practical seven-seater layout with ample legroom across all three rows.

Features and In-Cabin Technology

The SUV comes equipped with a comprehensive suite of modern tech and convenience features. The centerpiece of the cabin is a floating touchscreen infotainment system supporting wireless smartphone connectivity. Additional comfort highlights include a fully digital instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof, multi-zone automatic climate control with dedicated rear vents, ventilated front seats, and a wireless charging pad.

Powertrain and Performance

Under the hood, the Hector Hawk lineup is designed around electrified mobility. It is expected to introduce a plug-in hybrid option that combines a 1.5-litre petrol engine with an electric motor and battery pack, offering silent short-distance electric commuting alongside an extensive combined highway range. Alongside the hybrid variant, an all-electric version is also slated to join the lineup, delivering zero-emission performance with competitive single-charge driving range.

Higher trims are set to feature a 360-degree camera system with blind-spot view and Level 2 advanced driver assistance systems, including lane keep assist and autonomous emergency braking.

Expected Price and Launch

The MG Hector Hawk is scheduled to be officially revealed in India on August 26, 2026. With estimated pricing expected to start in the mid-range SUV segment, it aims to compete directly against other popular three-row midsize and electric SUVs in the Indian market.
